As of October 2023,Thu Thiem Zeit River has entered the final phase of construction and is completing the exterior and interior of the project:

• Tower 1: Construction work has been completed up to the roof. Tiling is underway up to the 19th floor; The exterior painting has been completed up to the 25th floor; Applying putty and painting on the interior have been completed up to the 23rd floor; Plasterboard ceiling has been completed up to the 20th floor; Priming painting the lobby area with the 1st layer and installing the apartments' entrance door and wooden floors up to the 13th floor; Wall wooden décor in the living room have been installed up to the 16th floor; Shoe cabinets and wardrobe systems have been completed up to the 14th floor.
• Tower 2: Construction work has been completed up to the roof level. The MEP system has been completed up to the 30th floor; Interior painting has been completed up to the 28th floor and applying putty up to the 18th floor; Painting and installing wooden floors in the apartments have been completed up to the 13th floor; Installing apartments’ entrance door has been completed up to the 18th floor.
